People use quite an array of ingredients in their soaking solutions. Chlorine bleach, vinegar and salt ara most popular, but red clover tea, cayenne pepper, baking soda all gets votes for confidence. Those who use laundry bleach solution on their feet emphasize that it works when everything else failed, including over the counter remedies.

Vinegar Soak
The people who use vinegar soak say it works well too. Vinegar makes an excellent soaking solution. It is acidic enought to kill foot fungus but even a concentrated solution is so mild it won’t hurt your skin. For best result, soak for 1-15 minutes, then let your feet air dry.
