You don’t have to be an athlete to have athlete’s foot disease. There are some home remedies that it will help your feet’s to feel good.

Bleaching
People use quite an array of ingredients in their soaking solutions. Chlorine bleach, vinegar and salt ara most popular, but red clover tea, cayenne pepper, baking soda all gets votes for confidence. Those who use laundry bleach solution on their feet emphasize that it works when everything else failed, including over the counter remedies.

Vinegar Soak
The people who use vinegar soak say it works well too. Vinegar makes an excellent soaking solution. It is acidic enought to kill foot fungus but even a concentrated solution is so mild it won’t hurt your skin. For best result, soak for 1-15 minutes, then let your feet air dry.

Ocean notion
Several doctors suggest a saltwater soak. The salt kills fungus and helps to dry up surface skin cells. Simply soak your feet for five to ten minutes at a time, repeating often until the condition clears.

Powders
Some doctors think that powders work better than creams, because the creams can trap moisture between the toes. That seemed to be the consensus of survey participants.

Underarm protection
The same wetness stopping ingredients that makes underarms antiperspirants so effective can help prevent or cure athlete’s foot, several people says.     I did not think I possibly could EVER eliminate the athlete’s feet which had tormented me for such a long timethis type of very long time. However, I frantically preferred to feel good and that i wanted the athlete’s feet GONE – so, I attempted it.
