Moist heat relieves a lot of stiffness and discomfort and may allow some people with back pain to get into an exercise program, on the other hand , can help to relieve the effects of fatigue and get rid of pain at the end of the day. Be careful not to overdo it.

Using an aspirin is like an massage , but in a different way, it’s altering the threshold of the pain, and the aspirin in the mixture may also provide some pain relief. If you are allergic sensitive to aspirin, do not try this remedy. Rubbing aspirin into the skin could cause a reaction
